PRIMO is run by founder and Makeup Artist Tara Cohen. Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Cohen began her career in the fashion industry as a model before branching out and beginning makeup in 2013. At only 20 years old she has worked in several makeup bars and now specializes in fashion, commercial, runway, and event makeup. Pleasing my clients is always my aim and mission. Whether you are looking for a single session or you’re thinking of a bigger project, you can expect professionalism and care.
